We do not solicit, collect, farm nor keep any personal information from the viewer nor contributor. The contributor is encouraged but not obligated to provide their real name when witnessing. Contributors may also submit their video testimonials anonymously. Any personal or non-personal information included in the video testimonials is submitted to this site totally as a voluntary act from contributors.
Contributors may elect to submit their info by:
(a) Filling the upload form with any or all the data/fields required;
(b) Electronically transferring, emailing or messaging content;
(c) Providing any links to information or files for testimonies;
(d) Agreeing to be recorded on a Testimony Tube event, gathering or campaign;
To wit, we may use the information for, but not limited to, communicating with the contributor in relation to the testimonial’s technicalities, rules, requirements, disapprovals or approvals they have requested from us.
02 Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Organization does not sell, rent, trade or lease its contributors data to third parties. The Organization uses third party software made available by third party sites and organizations (Google for language translation when applicable & YouTube for free In-browser video playback) in order to deliver the free service this site provides. All such third parties do not have access to any data submitted to us by the contributor and are prohibited from using any general information except to provide these services to the Organization, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of any information.
Only if required to do so by law, the Organization may disclose any information the contributors have submitted, without notice, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
(a) Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Organization or the site;
(b) Protect and defend the rights or property of the Organization; and/or
(c) Act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of viewers, contributors and volunteers of the Organization, or the public.
03 Automatically Collected Information
The Organization may automatically collect non-personal information about the users computer hardware and software. This information can include the users IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the Organization’s website.

06 Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from the contributor, we will:
– Delete the contributor’s information from our records; and
– Direct any service providers to delete the contributor’s personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete the contributor’s non-personal or personal information if it is necessary to:
– Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
– Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
– Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another contributor to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law.

07 Children Under Thirteen
The Organization does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

We may store the contributor’s data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
09 Changes to This Statement
